Managing Director
Charles Clark joined the company in 1969 and was appointed as Managing Director in 1985. Now responsible for overall company and market strategy, his time is divided between the two offices. He also finds time to be President of the Alton Rugby Football Club and to enjoy his new hobby of sailing.

Commercial Director
John Bond ACII joined us in 1973 and is based at our Alton office. He is responsible for the dramatic growth of our Commercial Account over the last five years and heads up a team of four staff who concentrate solely on the acquisition and service of commercial/industrial clients. John is an avid sports fan and enjoys supporting soccer in particular.

Financial Director
Tony George came to us in 1976 having previously been with Guardian (now AXA) Insurance. He is responsible for our credit control and accounts reconciliation. Tony is a keen golfer.

Commercial Manager
David d'Auriol ACII joined us in 1997 having previously been with the NIG as an Account Executive and also worked as a broker for five years. He is responsible for the day-to-day management of our very busy Commercial Department. He also is a keen golfer.

Special Risks Manager
Claire Russell joined us in 2004 and has brought a wealth of experience in both the Professional and Specialist Risk insurance market, particularly Professional Indemnity insurance for Solicitors. Claire is also the head of Client Liaison for the newly launched Solicitors Defence Scheme.

Claims Manager
Norma Morgan came to us as a typist in 1974 and moved into our dedicated Claims Department some years later and became manager in 1990. She and her team will make every effort to achieve a speedy and fair resolution should you have to make a claim.

Personal Lines Manager
Karen Martin came to us from the Commercial Union in 1983 and now leads a team of eight staff, dealing with all aspects of personal lines business including motor and household insurance.
